As a Fabricator, you will perform precision metalwork using MIG and TIG welding, grinders, and bar‑stock fabrication equipment. You’ll modify and assemble aluminum and steel container structures into unique, highly engineered shelter systems. This is a technical, detail‑oriented role ideal for individuals who take pride in producing high‑quality work in an active production environment.
As a Federal Contractor, employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and a pre‑employment drug test, including marijuana.

Essential Duties
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel components
• Use grinders and other metal‑finishing tools to prepare, shape, and modify container structures
• Operate fabrication and bar‑stock equipment to cut, form, and assemble parts
• Modify standardized containers into customized shelter configurations using engineering drawings
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality
• Maintain a safe workspace and follow established production and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced metal fabrication environment
Skills, Experience & Abilities
• 1+ year of fabrication or welding experience required
• Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions
• Experience with grinders, fabrication tools, and metal shop equipment
• Ability to work safely in an active production setting using appropriate PPE
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
