Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fabricator to join our shop team in Houghton Lake. This position plays an important role in supporting production and upfit operations through quality fabrication, repair, and shop support work. Base pay $20/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal components, assemblies, and structures based on drawings, specifications, or instructions
- Operate equipment such as saws, grinders, presses, and welding tools
- Perform repairs and modifications on customer equipment, parts, and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders
- Assist with general shop duties, including organization and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with technicians, welders, and other shop personnel
Schedule & Employment Details
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime may be required based on workload
