Facade Designer
Summary
Designs and drafts façade shop, concept, and fabrication drawings for construction projects, coordinating with architects and clients while ensuring functionality and cost efficiency.
- To develop and draw Façade shop drawing, concept drawing, and fabrication drawing and get the client’s approval
- Place emphasis on functionality, quality & cost efficiency, and increase in-house capabilities with continuous improvement as an effective solution provider
- Design Coordination with internal teams
- Collaborate with Architects, consultants, and clients for design issues
- Report to the Design Manager
Requirement:
- Have experience in local Facade Construction, Familiar with Curtain Wall Systems, including unitized and stick type
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in BIM is preferred
- Able to perform tasks under pressure and totally committed to following through with the tasks given within tight schedules
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
