Façade Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Façade Lead to oversee façade engineering, design coordination, and site execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving project timelines, managing technical detailing, and ensuring seamless integration between façade systems and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule & Delivery Management: Lead and track façade deliverables to align with the overall project construction schedule, ensuring timely delivery of shop drawings, sample approvals, mock-up fabrications, testing, and site installation.

• Technical & Interface Coordination: Coordinate detailed engineering designs between façade systems and the main RC structure, resolving technical interface issues and site discrepancies promptly.

• Site & Quality Oversight: Work closely with consultants, main contractors, and site teams to ensure façade installation complies with approved drawings, structural requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or other related building/architectural disciplines.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Façade design and site installation.

Core Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing) and RC structural interface detailing.

Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings, technical submittals, and mock-up test procedures.

Excellent site coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills.
