Facade Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades

• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants

• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades

• Facades design and installation management

• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.
  

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.

• Posses strong leadership quality

• Good technical knowledge of façade trades

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
