Facilitates group and individual treatment sessions for clients, evaluates progress, and collaborates on care plans in a healthcare setting.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Person in this position will be responsible for the delivery of treatment groups including, programs built on proven methods that ensure effective treatment, curriculum and client engagement while maintaining fidelity to the model. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver treatment education and services to the participants.
- Conduct group and individual sessions.
- Evaluate the progress of the participants assigned to their groups.
- Work directly with the participants and their primary counselor to develop and implement a treatment plan.
- Must Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; and
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
