Facilitator
Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Facilitator serves as a direct service professional responsible for implementing evidence-based group interventions for youth and families. The Facilitators primary focus is on group facilitation, curriculum delivery, participant engagement, and program fidelity. Facilitators work closely with Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and referral partners to ensure youth receive high-quality services that support skill development, emotional reputation, decision-making, and positive behavioral outcomes.
Hours/Availability: Flexible Schedule - Must be available to work afternoon and evenings for group sessions.
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's and Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Understanding of SNAP or SNAP training is a plus
- Knowledge of community resources
- Experience doing group facilitation
- Prior experience working with youth in a community-based program
- Experience working with youth ages 6-17 years of age.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills needed; Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is preferred.
