Facilities and Operations Manager

The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, safety, operational readiness, and infrastructure coordination of all CASA facilities. This position ensures that every site which includes the administrative office, opioid treatment programs, residential and supportive housing is safe, functional, compliant, and equipped to support high-quality client care and staff operations.

I. Manages and performs all work related to the maintenance of facility buildings including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, security, and technology.

II. Maintains equipment on facilities by securing equipment and completing necessary tests and repairs as needed.

III. Develops and maintains a relationship with all contractors and vendors ensuring efficient facility operations.

IV. Keeps facilities safe by making sure they meet all code requirements.

V. Projects and maintains a positive image to all patients, visitors, and personnel.
