Facilities Coordinator
Description
CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) is vacating its headquarters office at 910 North Hill Street, Chinatown, Los Angeles, CA by December 15th, 2026. The facilities coordinator shall plan and manage the clear-out under section 4 the Scope of Work (SOW), from inventory through to handover of an empty space. The objective is a fully vacated office, with every item disposed of through one of four routes: retain and relocate to The Hub, donation or sell if applicable/approved, disposal or certified destruction, or store units and record retention center. The contractor sends the Project Lead a weekly status covering progress against milestones and any risks to the Dec 15 date.
