This hands-on role is ideal for engineers from 24/7 operational environments who enjoy troubleshooting, working with large industrial plant and solving technical problems. You'll receive comprehensive training and gain exposure to electrical, mechanical and building services systems within a fast-growing industry.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HVAC, cooling, power and building systems
- Monitor BMS/EPMS and respond to alarms and faults
- Troubleshoot equipment and support incident response
- Coordinate contractors and maintain engineering records
- Help ensure the facility operates safely and reliably 24/7

Skills & experience
We're seeking experience maintaining critical infrastructure within a 24/7 operational environment.
We're keen to hear from Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Building Services Engineers, HVAC/Refrigeration Engineers, or engineers from manufacturing, hospitals, power generation, utilities, marine or other critical infrastructure sectors.
You'll also bring:
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills (EST registration advantageous)
- A commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day/night roster with paid on-call
- NZ Citizenship preferred due to site security requirements
