Job Responsibilities:
To perform setup and operates all systems meeting guests, clients and customer’s expectations and requirements
To report to the Assist Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager for any abnormal conditions noticed at any time, especially with life safety related equipment or installation
To ensure that after completion of each job the place of work is left in clean condition, with particular emphasis on guest areas
To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his/her jurisdiction
To perform, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all operational areas and report any equipment malfunction to the Assist Director of Facilities Management and Facilities Manager
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years related working experience, from a hospitality related industry, properties and building management in similar capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
