Job Description:
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Building and Facilities.
Manage the budget for facility operations and maintenance.
Liaise with and oversee service providers and contractors for various facility-related services.
Ensure that the Building and Facilities comply with Health and Safety regulations.
Manage security measures and access control to protect the Building and its occupants.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Must possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
May require to attend to retail shops for technical service support.
