Facilities Engineer with primarily responsibility for the planning and implementing a strategy aimed at maintain and improving the Lancaster GMP facility infrastructure. Focus on preparing and owning the site multi-year infrastructure plan, capital and expense projects, developing investment business cases, preparing scopes of work, leading project design teams, interfacing with internal customers to develop conceptual plans/designs and user requirements, partnering with site business leaders in identifying key infrastructure initiatives related to: regulatory compliance, energy management, utility systems, building structures, security infrastructure, grounds, building automation systems, etc. Ensure projects meet all critical -to -quality commitments in the areas of quality, schedule, and cost. Interface with the plant maintenance and engineering associates on projects requiring coordination with the manufacturing and in many cases assume the role of the site technical lead for nonmanufacturing related systems. Ensure compliance with the EH&S, OSHA, FDA and any other regulatory agencies, to include building costs

Education:

2-5 years with BS

0-3 years with MS


Experience:

1-3 years experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
