Take a lead role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical facility infrastructure. The Facilities Engineer is a crucial member of the Leon Property Management, LLC team and coordinates facility design initiatives, develops and oversees preventative maintenance programs, and supports the ongoing performance of building systems and equipment. This position manages key infrastructure assets, including energy and power distribution systems, emergency generators, HVAC systems and controls, roofing systems, and elevator inspections and maintenance. The Facilities Engineer also maintains facility plans and records, drives special projects, and collaborates with Real Estate Operations, Construction Management, Maintenance, Security, vendors, contractors, design professionals, and facility users to deliver high-quality facility services and operational excellence.
