Technical Executive
Position Overview
The Technical Executive is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of building MEP systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal functioning of critical equipment and reliable technical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical (HT/LT panels, DG sets), plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Conduct daily equipment rounds and inspections of plant rooms
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and track completion
- Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities
- Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records, and shift reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Supervise contractor work and verify quality standards
- Support energy management and utilities consumption monitoring
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in building operations or facility maintenance
- Prior experience in commercial facilities or real estate operations preferred
Required Skills
Technical Competencies:
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers)
- Understanding of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS)
- Familiarity with plumbing and fire protection systems
- Basic knowledge of BMS operations and monitoring
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic computer skills including MS Office

- Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
