Facilities - Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator – Technical is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, monitoring, and reliability of all office technical systems and critical infrastructure. The role ensures safe, compliant, and uninterrupted workplace operations through preventive maintenance, technical inspections, vendor management, infrastructure monitoring, and coordination with internal stakeholders and building management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Maintenance
Coordinate operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, UPS, plumbing, fire & life safety, and workplace infrastructure systems.
Monitor and maintain critical areas including Server Rooms, Hub Rooms, Electrical Rooms, and other business-critical spaces.
Monitor PAC units, UPS systems, power distribution panels, and environmental conditions supporting critical infrastructure.
Monitor Building Management System (BMS) operations, alarms, and trend reports.
Coordinate testing and operation of HVAC systems, VAV controls, FCUs, PAC units, and ventilation systems.
Monitor office electrical infrastructure including MDBs, SMDBs, UPS DBs, lighting DBs, workstation power distribution, and critical power circuits.
Coordinate electrical shutdown activities, maintenance works, and testing of electrical systems.
Conduct routine inspections of fire alarm systems, detectors, MCPs, hooters, emergency lighting, and fire safety equipment.
Technical Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports and dashboards.
Track AMC schedules, service reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with IT, Security, Building Management, Project Teams, and Workplace Operations teams.
Maintain technical SOPs, checklists, asset registers, maintenance trackers, and operational documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Corporate Facilities Management or Technical Operations.
Strong understanding of BMS, HVAC, UPS, electrical distribution systems, fire & life safety systems, and critical infrastructure operations.
