Facilities Maintenance Mechanic 1

Clean offices and warehouse and factory perimeter.

• Understands/Adheres to safety requirements within the department and company.

• Maintain landscaping in the lunch parks & front of buildings.

• Prune trees around the campus as needed. Report any trees that need to be removed for safety reasons.

• Work with contractors to support remaining areas around the campus.

• Use landscaping equipment such as mower, trimmers, and chainsaws.

• Use basic hand tools.

• Assist level 2 mechanics with plumbing, electrical, and framing.

• Follow written and verbal instructions.

• Assist contractors and vendors when needed.

• Employee must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.

• Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.

• Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.
