Facilities Maintenance Engineer - Murcia

About the role

Opportunity to manage the maintenance service of a hospital in Murcia, managing critical facilities and especially HVAC. Stable project with an intensive morning schedule.

• Management of critical maintenance services.
• Key role with experience in HVAC.

What you'll do

• Lead the hospital's integral maintenance service, ensuring the correct functioning of critical facilities and HVAC.
• Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of the technical team in charge.
• Manage HVAC (climatization) facilities, guaranteeing their efficiency, continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance in hospital facilities: HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire protection systems, medical gases, DHW, steam, etc.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise external services when necessary.
• Prepare technical reports and control service performance indicators.
• Maintain fluid communication with the hospital ownership and with the center's internal managers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, energy efficiency, and facility reliability.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering.
• Previous experience of at least 1 year in facilities maintenance; direct experience in a hospital environment is highly valued.
• Knowledge of HVAC and critical facilities.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage critical services.
• Profile oriented towards problem-solving, organization, and working under demanding standards.
