Summary

Oversee building maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure workplace safety in a Singapore-based facilities role under an 11-month contract.

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Executive with facilities management experience to support building maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Contract Duration: 11 Months
Work Location: Stadium Drive, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and engineering-related tasks to ensure facilities are operating efficiently

  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve maintenance issues promptly

  • Respond to maintenance emergencies and prioritize tasks based on operational needs

  • Support facilities management activities and coordinate maintenance contracts

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and building requirements

  • Monitor maintenance works and assist in maintaining service standards

  • Carry out other maintenance-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or engineering

  • Relevant technical qualifications or maintenance certifications

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Able to prioritize tasks and handle maintenance emergencies effectively

  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and building compliance requirements

  • Good understanding of maintenance operations and contract management
