Facilities Maintenance Mechanics - Temporary

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for temporary opportunities at our Dallas, TX facility. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining, repairing, and installing facility systems and equipment in a commercial or industrial environment.

Shifts Available

  • Multiple shifts are available. Shift assignment will be based on business needs, and employees must be willing to work any shift as operational requirements change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain facility equipment and building systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance service requests.
  • Maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems.
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Support safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.
  • Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, temperature, and pressure control systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building maintenance experience.
  • Vocational/technical training, apprenticeship, or associate degree in maintenance, electrical, HVAC, mechatronics, automation controls, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP Preventive Maintenance/Work Order systems.
  • Prior Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience.
