Facilities Maintenance Team Member
Description
Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our clubhouse, aquatics center, racquets (pickleball & tennis) facilities. This position plays an important role in ensuring our Members and guests enjoy a first-class experience by keeping our facilities safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Preventative maintenance on HVAC, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain pools, locker rooms, fitness center, and clubhouse support areas
- Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely
- Assist with seasonal projects including event setup and facility improvements
- Respond to maintenance emergencies when necessary
- Maintain organized maintenance shops and inventory
- Follow all OSHA and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous facilities maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed
Preferred Experience
- Country club, golf course, hospitality, or commercial facilities experience
- HVAC certification or trade experience is a plus
- Pool maintenance knowledge is beneficial but not required
