We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician / Facilities Tech III to help maintain our Fort Myers operation.
This isn't a construction job. You're not chasing the next project or reporting to a different jobsite every few months. You'll work in one primary facility, learn its systems, solve problems, make improvements, and see the results of your work.

What You’ll Do
- Perform general building maintenance including painting, drywall repair, lighting, plumbing, flooring, and minor mechanical work
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot issues independently and make sound repair decisions
- Prioritize daily work orders and respond to service requests with urgency
- Document completed work accurately in the maintenance system
- Serve as part of the on-call rotation when required
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
