Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. Your daily routine will blend essential facility upkeep—including waste management and trash removal with hands-on preventative maintenance on facility HVAC systems. Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collect trash and recyclables from designated areas within the facility.
• Sorting waste materials according to recycling guidelines and disposing of them appropriately.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners as needed to prevent overflow.
• Monitoring and reporting any issues or hazards related to waste disposal, such as spills or leaks.
• May perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance, restocking paper towels, tissue and other supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
