We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Records and logs maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Digs, sweeps, shovels, and pressure washes as needed
- Performs general facility cleaning and painting
- Performs general maintenance
- Assists in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment — involves dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations
- Responds to daily facilities work orders and works on special projects
- Installs and makes repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials
- Installs and makes repairs to various hardware, including, but not limited to, door closures and cylindrical locks

This position requires a sense of urgency and the ability to meet difficult seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines

Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work with attention to detail

Self-starter with strong time management skills

Electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus
