Currently we are looking for a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, for LLIÇÀ DE VALL

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the facilities in order to ensure the availability of production equipment and facilities. As well as, performing the correct management of the generated waste.

1.Perform the correct management of waste generated in the plant

2. Ensure compliance with the preventive and/or predictive maintenance program, ensuring its execution with the required quality.

3. Resolve incidents/breakdowns of the facilities in order to ensure the availability of the production equipment and facilities assigned to them, analyzing breakdowns on-site, proposing solutions, and actively collaborating in their resolution.

4. Perform the specific maintenance tasks that correspond to them and collaborate in those activities that their supervisor requests.

5. Forecast weekly maintenance needs regarding spare parts and resources, according to the tasks assigned to them, requesting the necessary resources for their correct execution from their immediate supervisor. (Control of water treatment plants and inspection of air conditioning units)

6. Perform the incident reporting for their work shift, according to the established model and whenever required by their supervisors.

7. Propose both technical and management improvements for the area, which guarantee an optimization of performance, while looking after personnel safety, their development, and their training.

What we're looking for

• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Module in Electricity, electronics and mechanics or mechatronics
• Knowledge of work processes in the pharmaceutical / food industrial zone
