Facilities Maintenance Technician- Houston Market

Job Purpose

We are looking for a facilities maintenance technician with integrity, a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting and Drywalling to light Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. Must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with customers, fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing and/or repairing:
• Floor tile
• Electrical (plugs, switches, ballasts, lights)
• Plumbing (unclog drains, faucets, toilets, sinks)
• Ceiling grid and tiles
• Walls (sheet rock and FRP)
• HVAC (registers, ducts, units)
• Miscellaneous restaurant equipment
• Interior and exterior restaurant appearance (painting)
• Respond to service calls
