Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

You will autonomously manage preventive and corrective maintenance in HVAC and electrical installations for top-tier clients in banking and retail.

You will resolve complementary multi-service jobs when the situation calls for it (changing lighting fixtures, hardware, locksmithing). You will organize your daily tasks and report your technical reports through the GMAO platform.

You will maintain direct and fluid coordination with your service manager.

What you'll get

Attractive salary: Up to €25,000 - €26,000 gross per year.

Company van and assigned Solred card.

Requirements

Technical training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity, HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration, or related specialties. Digital tools: Fluent and essential handling of GMAO systems.

Mobility: Valid driver's license (essential), and your own vehicle to travel to the workplace.

Location: Residence in Valladolid or a maximum of 15 minutes from the center.

You gain extra points if you provide: Experience in the tertiary sector or facility management and 20 hours of OSH training.

Benefits and conditions

Continuous working day ALL year round! From Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 h, and on Fridays at 15:00 h you are already free to enjoy the weekend.
