Job Descriptions
- Support the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings (design planning, interface, technical clarification, etc).
- Support and input to the consultants’ technical & design proposal to meet hospital’s operation needs and maintainability of FM systems.
- Keep abreast of innovative technologies such as automation, robotics, etc in FM and healthcare for possible implementation in the new hospital.
- Support Group Facilities Management functions as and when required.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Building and Facilities Maintenance or related field with prior experience in ACMV installation work would be advantage
- Familiarity with BCA Greenmark certification and GreenGov.SG requirements will be an advantage.
