About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) trained Facilities Management Executive to support our facilities management scope for cleaning and waste management and operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while maintaining strict compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)regulations across multiple sites in Singapore, particularly for high-risk activities such as confined space entry, work-at-height operations, and facilities maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and oversee HSE requirements within our facilities management scope of work (cleaning and waste management) in accordance with our company’s HSE policy.
  • Supervise, coordinate, conduct and review site inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, SH Council, and relevant statutory HSE requirements, especially on the following requirement:
  • high-risk requirements:
  • Work At Height (WAH)
  • Confined Space (CS)
  • Offshore Oil & Gas

· Apply for all safety related permits to work.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on HSE matters.
  • Conduct regular HSE related safety briefings, meetings and program.

Key Requirements

  • Able to work irregular shifts and in offshore environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Faculty of Management) or relevant.
  • Building Construction Safety Management Certification.
  • Confined Space Management Certification.
  • Work-at-Height Management Certification.
  • Minimum 3 years in safety related fields, especially in WSH and CS environments.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and industry best practices.
  • IT literate in MS Office.

Key Remuneration:

· SGD 3,500 – 4,600 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience).

· Annual Leave: 7 days (+1 additional day per year, up to a maximum of 14 days)

· Medical Leave: 14 days

· Hospitalization Leave: Up to 60 days
