Job Scope:
- Responsible for facility maintenance of the premises with high-quality service
- Manage day to day operational activities
- To enforce regulations in accordance with policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
- Degree Holder
- Must be pro-active, meticulous, tactful, conscientious, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
