Facilities Management Technician
Summary
Maintains and repairs building systems like ACMV, chillers, and electrical gear in a Singapore-based facilities role, handling daily operations and vendor coordination.
- Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role
- Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills
- Shift work may be required
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control
- Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors’ work and documentation
