About the role

As a Facilities Manager - Construction Company in Madrid, you will coordinate the installations of construction projects within the real estate sector. You will ensure the correct execution of the works to contribute to the progress of the projects.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate installation works in construction projects.
• Supervise the execution of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC installations according to the needs of each project.
• Review technical installation documentation to ensure its application on-site.
• Coordinate installation companies to maintain the planned pace of the works.
• Control the quality of the executed installations and detect possible incidents.
• Monitor the installation planning and propose adjustments when necessary.
• Coordinate installations with the different construction phases of the project.
• Ensure the correct delivery of installations at each project.

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Experience in the coordination and supervision of installations in construction projects.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC installations.
• Ability to interpret technical installation documentation.
• Experience in the coordination of installation companies.
• Knowledge of planning and monitoring works on-site.
• Ability to identify incidents and propose practical solutions.

What you'll get

• Salary of €70,000 to €75,000 gross per year.
