Facilities Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations, maintenance and performance of the assigned building to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Manage and supervise the site facilities team, contractors and service providers to deliver quality facilities management services.
- Oversee preventive, corrective and improvement works, ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, project delivery and contractor performance to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), statutory regulations and client requirements.
- Lead energy management initiatives, monitor utility performance and support sustainability and Green Mark objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders while ensuring contractual KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
- Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Estate/Facilities Management, Building, Mechanical, Electrical or approved professional qualifications from a locally recognized university
- Minimum 8 years of relevant facilities or estate management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
- Certified Singapore Certified Energy Manager(SCEM) – Professional Level.
