About the Role
Dalkia UK is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead technical facilities management, statutory compliance and estates assurance across a multi-site education contract covering Oxford, West London and Woking. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll ensure buildings, assets and maintenance services are safe, compliant and reliable.
Working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager, you'll turn compliance findings, estate condition information and technical risks into practical maintenance priorities, lifecycle plans and improvement programmes.
