Facilities Manager- FT

The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the maintenance and building upkeep at all Goodwill locations. The FM works under the direction of the Director of Facilities to oversee maintenance requests for Goodwill’s premises, facilities, and equipment, ensuring that all is maintained, safe, secure, orderly, and in the highest degree of cleanliness. This includes off-site facilities and equipment throughout Northeast Florida. May be required to work outside of normal operating hours and be scheduled on an on-call basis.
