We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to oversee the maintenance and operation of all hard services within our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards, driving excellence in facility infrastructure management within a dynamic environment in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all hard services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. - Manage maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and safety of facilities and equipment. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. - Lead and supervise technical staff and contractors to deliver high-quality service and maintenance. - Develop and manage budgets related to hard services and equipment maintenance. - Respond promptly to facility emergencies, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives for facility operations and maintenance protocols. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. - Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility management and organizational goals.

- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager specialising in hard services within the facility management industry. - Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance and systems. - Ability to manage and lead technical teams and third-party contractors effectively. - Excellent problem-solving and emergency response skills. - Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia. - Strong organizational, planning, and budget management abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. - Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or engineering are preferred.
