Now Hiring: Facility Manager | Paris, TX

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance activities, safety, vendors, and site performance for a permanent opportunity.

Location: Paris, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

Job Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate facility maintenance activities through a CMMS
• Lead maintenance teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution
• Monitor and drive KPI, SLA, safety, operational, and financial performance
• Facilitate daily maintenance planning, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Manage emergency calls, breakdowns, and time-critical repairs
• Conduct work order audits and ensure accurate documentation for customer audits
• Build strong relationships with client contacts and participate in customer meetings
• Develop action plans and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address operational issues
• Manage vendors, subcontractor performance, and on-site safety compliance
• Support small projects, proposals, scopes of work, and project execution
• Evaluate buildings, equipment, assets, and processes for compliance
• Prepare and deliver site performance presentations to internal and customer audiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7–10 years of facilities management and team leadership experience
• OSHA 10-hour and/or 30-hour card required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CMMS and enterprise software
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Facility Maintenance Professional (FMP)
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) certification
• Experience with Corrigo
