Job Summary

As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will lead on-site operations at JTC West 2 Department Properties, ensuring safe, efficient building services, managing teams and contractors, and maintaining strong client relationships to uphold JLL’s operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily building services to ensure safety, courtesy, and operational efficiency for all users
• Act as the Site Incident Controller to manage and resolve incidents promptly at the assigned property
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding to requests within agreed timeframes and resolving issues effectively
• Develop and implement processes and performance metrics to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
• Lead, coordinate, and manage a team of executives and subcontractors to fulfill contractual facility management obligations to the landlord
• Provide technical support as an Authorised Person, overseeing the Permit to Work system and enforcing health and safety management standards
• Monitor and ensure all site teams and term contractors comply with agreed service levels and house rules

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing facilities or buildings, preferably in commercial or client-facing environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams and subcontractors
• Knowledge and application of Permit to Work systems and health and safety regulations
• Effective communication skills to manage and sustain client relationships
