Group/Class: Group II, Hourly/Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, cell phone reimbursement and a bonus structure.

Supervises: Facilities, Parking & Cleaning Crew

FACILITIES MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and functionality of Mission Ridge facilities, buildings, grounds, and supporting utility systems. This position oversees facilities staff and contractors while coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, regulatory testing, and capital improvement projects. The Facilities Manager also manages departmental staffing and budgets, ensures compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations, and supports daily resort operations as needed. This role requires a hands-on leader with broad knowledge of building trades, facility systems, and year-round mountain operations.
