Facilities Manager (Sport Centres) - Contract

We are looking for a Facilities Management professional with strong project coordination skills to oversee the development of calm rooms across centres.

  • Up to $5,000 per month
  • 11-month contract
  • Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to coordinate the design, planning and equipping of calm rooms across all centres.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, develop planning proposals, and assess proposals for calm room and storeroom improvement works.
  • Oversee the fitting-out, commissioning, testing and handover of completed calm rooms.
  • Review architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical plans to ensure appropriate provisions for calm rooms are incorporated.
  • Coordinate the appointment and management of consultants and contractors, including the preparation, calling and evaluation of tenders.
  • Monitor project works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality requirements and performance standards.
  • Support other ad hoc project and facilities management duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possesses minimum a Diploma with 3 years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Experience in managing tenders and writing tender specifications will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
