Facilities Project Coordinator (Pacific Time Zone)
Summary
Fully remote Facilities Project Coordinator supporting [solidcore]'s 100+ fitness studios: coordinating facilities projects, managing high-volume work orders in their FEXA CMMS, handling vendor bids, compliance, and contractor scheduling. Pacific Time Zone preferred, with occasional travel to the Arlington, VA headquarters.
[solidcore] is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team to support our studios. Our ideal team member is empathetic, strategic, mission driven, puts people first and fosters a safe, welcoming and FUN work environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Field Manager, the Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance/upkeep of the studios through work queue management.
This position will be fully remote, with the ideal candidate residing in the Pacific Time Zone and the capability to travel to our Arlington, VA headquarters as needed.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track multiple facilities projects simultaneously from initiation through completion

Manage a high volume of work orders across varying priority levels, ensuring timely responses and resolution by internal teams and vendors.

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building management

Communicate project timelines and expectations to field and regional teams

Solicit, review, and manage vendor bids and proposals

Issue and manage work orders through our CMMS, FEXA

Coordinate contractor site access, scheduling, and on-site activity

Ensure vendors meet compliance, insurance, and safety requirements

Coordinate with studio field teams to minimize disruption during project execution

Enter and update project data in FEXA

Serve as on-call point of contact for studio teams up to twice per month

Ad hoc projects (ex. document overall review of vendor performance, rollout new vendor pilots across field teams)

Support other Facilities Project Coordinators that are out of office

2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, vendor management, or multi-site operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation Range: $20.25-26.50 per hour, location dependent
