Your Impact
Fountain House is seeking a Project Manager to join its Facilities Department, leading capital projects and day-to-day operational work across 15 program sites in New York City. This role will lead, with the Senior Director of Operations, ongoing and new initiatives and independently lead small to mid-size projects from planning through completion.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with real project management experience in complex, multi-trade environments. This could be facilities, construction, or an adjacent field such as IT infrastructure, complex customer/vendor operations, or similar work involving coordination across multiple vendors, timelines, and stakeholders.

Full-time position based in Hell's Kitchen with travel to the Bronx and Harlem as well as residential sites across the city.
