Job Summary
You will oversee and lead daily facilities maintenance operations, ensuring efficient preventive and corrective maintenance while delivering excellent client service and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities maintenance operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all systems
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams to achieve high performance and timely task completion
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend asset life
- Coordinate effectively with clients and subcontractors to meet service expectations and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare accurate quotations, detailed reports, and maintenance schedules to support operational planning and client communication
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and service standards to drive continuous improvement and cost control
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (minimum qualification)
- Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance operations essential for effective role performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to prepare reports, schedules, and documentation accurately
