Facilities Service Tech

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Plant Operations, the Facilities Service Tech performs daily work routines to ensure safety and comfort of guests, patients and employees.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Must have experience in one or more building trades.
3. Minimum of at least 5 years experience in building maintenance environment preferred.
