Facilities Services Manager Belgium

The Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) team helps shape workplace environments where WTW colleagues feel safe, supported, and able to perform at their best. As the Local RE&WS Facilities Services Manager for Belgium, you will manage day-to-day workplace services and coordinate key programs that enhance productivity, manage costs, mitigate risk, and reinforce our employer brand. Your scope covers the entire workplace experience — including office environment and maintenance, reception and meeting support, food services, print and mail operations, office equipment, health & safety, security, business continuity, and records management.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for facilities management in Belgium, applying solid working knowledge of site maintenance, physical security, health & safety, space planning, environmental sustainability, business continuity, records management, and other core workplace services;
  • Manage and coordinate the local Occupational Health & Safety program, ensuring appropriate identification, monitoring, and management of workplace risks and hazards;
  • Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, tools, and processes, contributing to consistent and efficient day-to-day facilities operations;
  • Partner closely with local business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure Facilities Services are aligned with business needs, building strong, trusted, and collaborative working relationships;
  • Support and coordinate local change initiatives within Facilities Services, helping ensure smooth implementation while minimizing disruption to the business;
  • Act as an active member of the Regional RE&WS – Facilities Services team, contributing to shared initiatives, best practices, and continuous improvement across the region.

The requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, combined with around 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on workplace services and office environments (soft services), ideally within a client-focused, professional services setting;
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch, and French, enabling you to connect easily with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and locations;
  • A proactive and positive mindset when it comes to change, with the ability to adapt and translate evolving business needs into practical solutions;
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for office visits, meetings, and team or project initiatives;
  • A Prevention Advisor Level 3 certification;
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to facilities operations in Belgium.
