As the Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, creating a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff. You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to guarantee the highest standards in facility functionality and appearance. Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Supervise, mentor, and lead facilities technicians
• Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and training
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance needs
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and system repairs
• Manage preventive maintenance programs
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project completion
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Conduct regular safety audits and address issues
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts
• Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
