Facilities Supervisor

The District Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, safety, and overall condition of approximately 700,000 square feet of school district buildings and outdoor facilities. This position provides leadership and oversight to a team of seven head custodians, ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained to support the educational mission and daily operations of the district.

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, implementing preventive maintenance practices, managing facility-related resources, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to anticipate and address facility needs in a dynamic school district environment.

• 12 Month Full Time Position
• Salary and other benefits established per individual contract with the Board of Education.
• Regionally competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (minimum starting $120K).
