Job Scope
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and utilities.
- Maintain electrical, lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, door access, face recognition, and burglar alarm systems.
- Coordinate servicing schedules for air-conditioning, machinery, water dispensers, and fire safety equipment.
- Arrange, supervise, and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with the building management office on facility, safety, and environmental matters.
Requirements
Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems.
Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
