Facilities Technician I (Full Time)
Summary
Performs daily building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs at a casino resort, responding to work orders and emergencies while ensuring OSHA safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and electrical issues.
- Interacts professionally with guests.
- Responds to emergencies as requested.
- Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
- May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
- Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
- Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
- Must be able to wear a mask while working.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Target Salary Range:
- $22 per hour
