Facilities Technician

Job Summary

You will perform maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems to ensure smooth facility operations and promptly respond to faults and client requests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and building systems to ensure operational reliability
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in facilities or buildings to resolve faults efficiently
  • Respond promptly to defect reports, customer complaints, and client requests to maintain service quality
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive checks on M&E systems to identify and address potential issues
  • Record and report faults or issues discovered during routine maintenance to supervisors for timely resolution
  • Perform repairs and servicing tasks to maintain building facilities and systems in good working condition
  • Carry out additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support maintenance operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering company
  • Minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Electronics, Building, Facility Management, or related fields

  • Work schedule: 5.5-day work week
  • Multiple work locations available
